  • The <iframe> tag, where the title attribute is irrelevant.
  • The colour contrast between the text and its background (image) is insufficient.
  • Videos lack text transcripts and subtitles.
  • Certain rich interface components do not comply with accessibility best practices (structuring, aria- attributes, role, etc.)
  • Context changes occur without being controlled or announced to the user.
  • Certain interactive elements are not correctly announced when they are updated.
  • Presence of an unmarked element in English.
  • Certain unauthorised HTML attributes are used directly on tags.
  • Keyboard focus visibility is insufficient on videos.
  • The tab order when navigating by keyboard is sometimes inconsistent.
